Booking: |

The on-line booking form must be completed and your credit card details must be provided in order to confirm your reservation. You must be over 18 years old in order to complete the booking and is your responsibility to ensure full payment to the hotel. The booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email message from tophotelscaribbean.com.
If tophotelscaribbean.com does not confirm the booking it means that no contract has been made with the hotel. Please carefully check on your email booking history and inform us immediately of any errors. Tophotelscaribbean.com does not accept liability for any errors not notified within the next 24 hours from the date of booking and corrections may not be possible at that time.

Booking Confirmation: |

The booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation message from tophotelscaribbean.com. The booking confirmation clearly states what is covered in the rate quoted; all additional charges incurred at the hotel will be at your expense. Cancellation of a booking will immediately invalidate the confirmation. |

Late Check-in or Non-arrival at the Hotel: |

In the event of late check-in at the hotel it is advisable to contact the hotel directly beforehand to advise of your delay. In the case of Non-arrival at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire booking will be cancelled and you will be charged for the cost of the whole booking. Please read carefully the hotel’s cancellation policy before making a reservation. |

Changes Made by You: |

If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed (e.g. type of rooms, arrival date, etc.) you must cancel your booking and re-book through tophotelscaribbean.com. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee to meet such requests. Cancellation charges may apply. The cost of any exchange rate differences resulting from your booking changes will be the responsibility of the booker. |

Cancellation Made by You: |

You may cancel your booking on-line in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Your cancellation must be made through tophotelscaribbean.com. Certain special hotel rates may be non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. |

Force Majeure (Greater Force): |

Tophotelscaribbean.com does not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is affected by reason of Force Majeure. Force Majeure means any event which tophotelscaribbean.com could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, crime, strike, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure of airports or ports, governmental action and all other similar events. |

Hotel Not Honouring Bookings: |

At the time the booking is made, we issue a booking confirmation email and to the best of our knowledge at this time, the booking is valid. In the unlikely instance of the hotel failing to honour the booking, tophotelscaribbean.com accepts no liability for this action. |

Our Liability to You: |

1. Tophotelscaribbean.com accepts responsibility if the services that we provide prove deficient or not of a reasonable standard. |

2. The published descriptions of all the hotels are given in good faith. tophotelscaribbean.com does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Sometimes hoteliers may suddenly withdraw a facility temporarily or otherwise. This is beyond our control and we are unable to accept liability. |
